Fee Refund Policy

Refunds are at the discretion of Alerion, LLC. Refunds are not given on tax returns unless there is an issue with the services provided by Alerion, LLC  in the form of a mistake made on your tax return. The client is responsible for providing Alerion, LLC with true and correct records and information used to provide tax services. If any issue arises from the information and documents provided to Alerion, LLC, there will be no refund given. Alerion, LLC acts in good faith in preparing client tax returns based on the information and documents provided by the client but will call into question claims that appear to be unreasonable, unfounded, or fraudulent. If Alerion, LLC is found to have made a mistake on a tax return, the effected client will be refunded their tax preparation fees in the amount of the difference between the return refund or owed amount and the true refund or owed amount if the mistake had not occurred, up to the total amount of the fee charged and received by Alerion, LLC from the subject client. We will also refile your corrected taxes at no additional charge.

Refunds related to any financial products sold by Alerion, LLC are governed by the refund policies stated and agreed to within the specific product's terms and conditions.
